Ethics

At IDA Foundation, we feel a strong sense of responsibility to act with integrity and to respect all those who have a stake in our success, including our customers, employees, suppliers and other partners. Transparency and communication on matters of ethics is vital. It lets our employees know what is expected of them, and we encourage them to speak freely about any issues. Transparency is also crucial to create a culture of trust with our customers, suppliers and other business partners. Our motivation to achieve our mission has a profound effect on the way we work.

Our Code of Conduct

All our employees follow the IDA Code of Conduct which means they have confirmed they will comply with the legislation, regulations and codes of conduct and will act ethically. The Code of Conduct serves as a guide for our business, but it also reflects the nature of our organisation and what we stand for. Our Code of Conduct protects us and our stakeholders against aggressive behavior, (sexual) harassment, bribery, conflicts of interest, untruthful behavior or any other unethical practices. We also have a separate Code of Conduct for third parties and other business partners. Our internal and external stakeholders should always have the ability to report concerns and ask questions, as this enables us to address and correct the problem effectively. Through IDA’s online Incident Reporting Tool our employees, partners, customers, and suppliers can submit any ethical concerns or issues in the workplace or supply chain.

If you submit a question or a report, it will be handled in a confidential manner. You may choose to remain anonymous. However, we strongly encourage you to identify yourself as this will make it easier for us to investigate the case and address your concerns. We will work in accordance with the IDA Investigation Procedure.
