Global health is a dynamic and complex field. Changes in protocols or priorities mean that IDA not only needs to stay well-informed, but that we must be prepared to adapt to new demands. This can be as simple as informing customers about changes to WHO recommendations for HIV treatment. At other times, IDA may begin to develop expertise about a new disease and add new products to our range.
