After a periodic review of our business documentation, IDA Foundation has updated our Sales Terms and Conditions.

The updated Sales Terms and Conditions were deposited at the Chamber of Commerce in Amsterdam in original copy this month (July 2017), registered under Stichting International Dispensary Association.

The Terms and Conditions apply to all of IDA Foundation's offers, quotations, supplies and services in the broadest sense, although our Procurement Services programmes may have additional or other terms and conditions, laid out in separate agreements.
