IDA Foundation’s five core values shape our unique working culture and unite our people in achieving our long-term goals of Universal Health Coverage, Strengthened Local Capacity and Sustainable Value Chains. This year’s theme is ‘Values for Community’ as values help to unite, guide, and motivate us.

We believe our values help build the community we create at our offices, and they facilitate with fulfilling our mission of bridging the gap in access to medicines, by which we help communities thrive.
