IDA Foundation hands over Emergency Health Kits

On October 1st, 4 hours after the first phone call from Stichting Horizon, IDA Foundation was able to hand over the Emergency Health Kits to the Ambassador of Indonesia in The Netherlands, H.E. Mr Junus Effendi Habibie and Mr J.Z. Brijl, former chairman and founder of Stichting Horizon Holland.

In case of humanitarian disasters, such as the recent earth quakes in Sumatra, IDA can supply the Inter-agency Emergency Health Kit (IEHK), in line with WHO recommendations.
With this supply 30.000 Indonesian people can be treated for 3 months.
