Amongst our large customers are: Artsen zonder Grenzen (MSF Holland), United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) and Supply Chain Management System (SCMS).

IDA was selected by the Global Drug Facility (GDF) as the exclusive procurement agent for second line tuberculosis medicines (2007-2010). The Clinton HIV/AIDS Initiative (CHAI) selected IDA to manage the procurement of all second line and paediatric ARVs, as well as medicines for opportunistic infections for an initial 2-year period.

IDA Foundation has been recognised and approved by the European Commission Humanitarian Aid Organisation (ECHO) as a Humanitarian Procurement Centre (HPC) until March 2012. This means that our customers that work with ECHO funding can purchase pharmaceutical products through greatly simplified procurement procedures.
