IDA has two warehouses in the Netherlands, jointly measuring 14,300 m². These warehouses are fully equipped for keeping stock of essential medicines and medical supplies, including narcotics and products requiring cold chain. All commodities are stored and handled conform Dutch law and regulations and conform the pharmaceutical guidelines of GDP (Good Distribution Practices) and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).  Here you can read more about our storage conditions.

Our Dutch warehouses keep stock of our most frequently asked products, thus offering our customers a one-stop shop service. The Netherlands are a cost-efficient location for stock keeping because of their good infrastructure and the ability to ship our incoming goods per sea.

To create flexibility for our customers, we also have the possibility to keep stock at our manufacturers’ and forwarding agents’ premises. Besides, we keep local stock of a limited number of strategic products in certain African countries.
