• Timely delivery
• Cost-effectiveness / competitiveness
• Quality of delivery
• Quality of communication

The results of this assessment are shared with the suppliers and improvement actions are defined, where necessary.

On a monthly basis, the remaining suppliers are measured on timely delivery.
