Local assistance

We constantly strive to optimise our service by learning about local circumstances in our countries of destination and by assisting our customers with certain tasks such as in-land distribution or registration follow-up. Our local representatives and employees play an important role in this.
For a better integration of our customers’ and our own processes, we organise local technical exchange meetings. During these sessions, we share information and build knowledge to optimise cooperation with our customers and relations.
