IDA Foundation’s corporate headquarters are located in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.

In 2006, we established an office in Mumbai, India, with a dedicated Quality Affairs department. Our Indian staff focuses specifically on matters such as quality assurance, procurement from Indian sources, drug registration, laboratory testing and quality control monitoring.

With representative offices in China and Nigeria and over 30 locally-based representatives, our outreach extends globally. Therefore we are able to respond swiftly and closely follow international developments. Additionally, our area managers travel frequently to meet with customers and partners so that there is a good understanding of country-specific issues and humanitarian needs.
Finally, we organise local technical exchange meetings, where we meet with customers to explain our processes and learn about their processes. This guarantees a smooth integration and improves cooperation.
