IDA Foundation is the world’s leading not-for-profit supplier of essential, quality-assured medicines and medical supplies to low- and medium-income countries. Founded in 1972, our purpose is to make quality health¬care accessible and affordable for those who are most in need of medicines and medical supplies.

We distribute over 3000 different medicines and medical supplies to over 100 countries. Quality is central to everything we do, and as an independent and self-supporting not-for-profit organisation we continually strive to improve our services, negotiate lower prices, and increase the availability of quality products worldwide.

Headquartered in Amsterdam, we are a global organisation. We have offices in India, China, Nigeria and the US, as well as representative agents in over 40 countries.
